Dustin is the founder of Sykes Turf Management (STM) and has been an agronomist for over 12 years. He is originally from Oklahoma, and his wife, Kelsey, is from Texas. In 2021, they decided to make Texas their full-time home. They reside in Howe and are committed to being actively involved in their local communities.
Farming and agriculture are deeply rooted in our family, and those values carry through everything we do. Sykes Turf Management remains a family-owned company and is proud to be one of the largest turf management providers in North Texas.
We proudly care for residential properties, commercial businesses, airports, and ball fields. Our company is hands-on, supported by a knowledgeable and dedicated staff. You’ll still see Dustin out in the field, working directly alongside our team and overseeing treatments to ensure the highest quality service.

Dustin is the founder of Sykes Turf Management and has over 12 years of experience as an agronomist. With deep roots in agriculture, he is hands-on in daily operations and can still be found in the field working alongside the team to ensure every property receives the highest level of care.
Kelsey Sykes – Owner | Accounting
Kelsey manages the accounting and administrative side of Sykes Turf Management. With strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting a family-owned business, she helps keep operations running smoothly while remaining actively involved in the company’s growth and community involvement.
Josh Chalker – Service Technician
Josh is a dedicated service technician who takes pride in providing reliable, detail-oriented turf care. He works closely with clients to maintain healthy, attractive lawns and landscapes through consistent, professional service.
Aaron Hartnett – Service Technician
